Welcome to the home page of The Trout Pond, your stop for family fun fishing for all ages. From the flowering dogwood trees in the spring to the astonishing fall colors, you can come enjoy the beautiful mountain view all year round.

We stock some of the finest, hand sorted, North Georgia Rainbow Trout. Most fish range from 3/4 to 1 1/2 pounds, but two to three pound fish have been caught.

We have poles available for rent and we sell bait, but you are welcome to bring your own - we ask that you do not use corn for bait. You catch the fish, we'll clean them for you! We suggest that you bring a cooler and ice to transport your fish but they are not required. Fishing licenses are not required.

We are not a catch and release pond. We do not allow anyone to throw fish back due to once the fish have been caught they become injured and will no long be able to survive in the pond. We are geared towards families therefore we do not allow alcohol.
